Pre Sales Questions

How long the VPS setup takaes?

Rapidly instant upon payment. Note that only base VPS will be setup instantly and not addons.

How long does it take to issue additional IPs when ordered?

We would require upto 48 business hours to issue IPs. If ordered IPs are 2 or more, then we would require justification information to use IPs.

How long does it take to install control panel when ordered?

cPanel/WHM: Once your VPS is online, you can install it yourself (Installation instructions) in few clicks. We would require up to 48 business hours to issue you cPanel full license which you can update later without any data loss.

DirectAdmin: Please open a Support Ticket with the following information: (i) VPS hostname. Format: server.domain.com (ii) Operating System (iii) Arch (32 or 64 bit). We require this information to generate a license. You can also mention whether installation has to be performed by or you can manage it. In default cases, we will format your VPS with the told OS version and DirectAdmin will be installed. Welcome mail will be sent once completed. The whole procedure may take up to 48 business hours.

Game Hosting allowed on VPS?

Yes, we allow game hosting. Make sure you order a plan with enough resources and bandwidth to cope with.

RemoteDesktop, OpenVPN allowed on VPS?

Yes, we allow them. You need to request to enable Tun/TAP on your VPS for such purposes. In order to request, please open a ticket with Support department with following information. (i) VPS Hostname. (ii) VPS IP address.

Torrent Hosting allowed on VPS?

Yes, as long as you are transferring legal files.

Transfer Scripts like 'Rapid Leech' is allowed on VPS?

Yes, as long as you are transferring legal files.

Using Control Panel

How can I login to my control panel?

Please navigate to http://crypto.mydedi.net and enter your username and password supplied in the VPS welcome e-mail

Will Reinstalling OS format all my data?

Yes. Reinstallation will give you always a clean system back

What are Quick Backups?

This will backup your entire VPS contents and will store inside yyour VPS. You will have to then download it and store it safely. Else, you can request for additional FTP space for small price. Quick Backup usages are free of cost.

Why is java serial console not enabled?

Due to security constraints we cannot enable the java console inside control panel. Please be advised to use a normal SSH client like Putty to connect to VPS.
